When new
towns are planned, it is important to build more parks and sports facilities
than shopping centers. To what extent do you agree or disagree? |
The town planners are committed to have more sports grounds
and parks when they acquire a place for urbanization. I believe it is crucial
to have such facilities in urban areas where people could practice sports and stroll
in the greenery. However, shopping malls also avail significant facilities to
citizens living there.
It is true that people have become conscious about their
mental and physical health so they opt to reside where the towns or cities
provide them with modern sports amenities and recreational grounds. I believe
this is the reason the town planners architect urban areas or towns in a way
which could meet the needs of health conscious people. In India, young men and
women are more inclined to live in the town which allows dwellers to experience
the nature and take part in their desired sports or games. I agree that it is significant to have more
recreational parks and grounds to be healthy and happy in developing towns.
The significance of shopping malls and commercial spaces
cannot be neglected because they avail several daily needs products and employ
many people. Such shopping centers play a crucial role to develop the town and
directly contribute to national and local economy. If commercial centers don’t
find suitable place to be constructed then it may negatively affect the people
who live there. They may have to travel for buying necessary products.
Therefore shopping facilities should be improved without compromising with
amusement parks and sports amenities.
To summarize, there should be more sports centers and parks
in the towns for people so they could maintain and improve their health. While
commercial and shopping centers must be the part of town planning because they
generate revenue and employments.
