People nowadays send text messages more frequently than they talk on the phone. Do the advantages of texting outweigh the disadvantages?
In recent times,
development in cell phone technology has facilitated people with various mind
blowing features. However, texting is one of them. People prefer to send messages because they
want to save the battery and chats they do. Many times, people are in situation
where giving a phone call in not possible, so messaging could be a perfect
alternative to voice messages. Another merits of texting it consumers less power
and requires minimal space in the phone. While making and saving a voice call
uses more battery and space in the disk of cell phone. Considering all these factors,
I believe, people use texting features more than give a voice call.
Moving further,
voice calls have also been the part of individual’s life for over a decade. There
are some significant advantages of making a phone call over sending texts. We feel
human-to-human connection when we talk over phone which cannot be had by
messages. Another important benefit is , we can be ensure the our agenda has
been fully delivered. The mobile phone technology has provided conference call facility;
we can speak with more than one person in one call. Businesses deploy this
feature to connect with their employees and deliver their messages effectively
and efficiently. I consider this feature is frequently used for professional
purposes. Many people in the world still utilize calling facility than
messaging.
All things considered,
both features are highly usefully and they don’t pose any serious threat to
people. people must use according to their need and situation. However,
messaging is effortless and energy efficient. Whereas , calling is more
professional way to communicate.
