students who have regularly studied and their medium of instruction is English,
they are eligible to apply for higher study in United Kingdom. it is for

Instruction
Medium of
Instruction is a letter released by the educational institution where the
student studied; there could be more than one institution. Student is required
to provide five years medium of instruction letter or letters. The letter must
bear the signature of authorized teacher of the institution with valid stamp. The
content of letter should include Student’s enrolment number, passing marks, and
it should be clearly mentioned that the medium of study is English Language.

Recommendation-
This letter
states student’s character, classroom and academic performance, involvement in
extra curriculum activities and his future prospective. The institution must
make positive remarks and recommend you as a bright student.
You may have
got ideas about studying in United Kingdom without qualifying IELTS, PTE or any
other ESOL exam. In 2019, numbers of students applied with medium of
instruction and letter of recommendation and this surge made United Kingdom
second most popular study destination after Canada. Most of the International
education consultants prompted and recruited numbers of students for their respective
Universities and colleges. Almost every
universities and colleges received good numbers of admission requests.

Unfortunately
United Kingdom accepted limited numbers of admissions and did not release offer
letters. Many universities held or did not send CAS letter (Confirmation of
Acceptance for Study) of the students. Because the numbers of applications they
received was unexpected . CAS letter is a document that a student receives
after depositing fixed amount of tuition free for their studies in the bank
account of the university or college where he has applied. And without CAS letter student cannot lodge
his application for Visa approval. It means
no CAS not Visa.
There are
numbers of reasons students did not receive CAS Letter after making a payment
to institution. Firstly every university
or college follows a quota system. The system instructs or regulates about the
numbers of places they can offer to international students. They are not
allowed to violate the rules of quota. Secondly maximum applications they
received were with LOR and MOI. There is
certain numbers for this also. Every institution cannot recruit all
international students with LOR and MOI. They must have qualified ESOL
Examination. Most of the Education Consultants were unaware of this quota
system when they confirmed it got late.
It may
surprise you that numbers of applications were not lodged and tuitions fees
that students paid got delayed to withdraw. And it was not a good experience.
If you are
seeking to study in UK, make sure you are bonafide student. You have all the
required documents and financials. You are suggested to qualify ESOL examination
than relying on LOR and MOI. You are
strongly advised to process your student visa application through trained and
authorized education consultants.
Do proper
research before you process your application, keep an eye the visa success
ratio of the country, institution and course you have applied for.
