Do you
have a favorite flower or plant? Why / Why not?
I belong to an
agricultural family; we grow some plants and flowers in the farm. I like
marigold flowers a lot. It doesn’t require much care. We grow some vegetable’s
plants as well such as tomato, chili and eggplants.
What
kinds of flowers and plants grow near where you live? Why /Why not?
The farmers
in my area grow various kinds of flowers and plants. I think floriculture is on
the rise in my town. They grow rose , marigold , begonia , touch –me-not and so
on. They also grow vegetable plants such as tomato, chili , onion, potato.
Is it
important to you to have flowers and plants in your home? Why /Why not?
Yes it is ,
it makes us happy and improves the quality of the air we consume. We have grown
in the gallery of my house. The flowers have religious importance as well. we offer
flowers to God and Goddess when we worship.
Have you
ever bought flowers for someone else? Why /Why not?
Yes , when I
go to the temple I buy the garland of some flowers to offer to the God. When I am
to attend any party I carry the bouquet. I think we do buy flowers nowadays. It
has become culture to buy flowers for various occasions.

Usually
I don’t read the reviews and catalogues when I am to buy anything. I just
believe the words of mouth and make my decision. When I download any
applications from play store I do sometimes read the reviews by users and
developers.
Here
I would like talk about reviews I read and did proper research before buying
the laptop I am using presently. Couple of months ago I bought a laptop of Dell
company. I decided to buy i-5 laptop. I visited the website of the company and
read some reviews by developers describing the efficacy and features of the
laptop.
I
got to know that hard-disc and RAM of any laptop and desktop are crucial we
must pay close attention to it before we buy.
The
laptop I bought was a latest model of the company and professionally it is a
good choice. i was almost convinced , I also read the reviews and feedback left
by users of the laptop and found that the decision to buy this laptop in not
going to be bed Because almost every user was happy to have this wonderful
electronic gadget.
Finally
I visited the showroom of Dell and bought the laptop. I would say that It works
nicely and it has not bothered me since I bought it.
I
would say that It is good to go through the reviews by developers and the
people who have used the product. This may help a lot to the one who wants to
buy.

kinds of things do people write online reviews about in your country?
Online
shopping has been very popular in my country and people do write reviews when
they buy anything. People write reviews on electronic gadgets. Whenever I buy
anything online and read and write the reviews about it. Reviews about mobile
phone applications are written a lot. You may have experienced that people do
leave a comment when they buy the subscription of any app.
Why do
some people write online reviews?
People write
views to share their experience so other could be benefited. They feel that it
is good to write reviews about the products or services they have used. Reviews
are not only to tell the qualities of any product or service , they comment if
their experience is bed so buyers could be conscious.
Do you
think that online reviews are good for both shoppers and companies?
Yes definitely,
reviews are helpful for both users and developers. If any service or product is
good than shoppers can buy without any hesitation, if it is bad companies can
make necessary changes in the product or services to serve people better. With the
help of comments we can help the developers to improve more make their customers feel better using their
services and products

What do
you think it might be like to work in a customer service job?
I personally
believe that customer service jobs are very challenging. People who are working
in this department they have to keep patience and wear a smile. They are not
supposed to argue with the customers. Within given time they have to replay to
the customers. I don’t think so I would be able to do it at presently. I need
proper training to perform such jobs otherwise I will fail.
Do you
agree that customers are more likely to complain nowadays?
I don’t
think that all customers complain unnecessarily, if they face any problem they
do want to get it worked on. Yes some people have different attitude they start
complaining before properly trying. They decide that product or the service is
bed. They keep on complaining. I believe that complains don’t mean to demoralize
the developers it is to improve and bring their best to win the trust and
relationship.
How
important is it for companies to take all customers complains seriously?
I think
companies must take the complaints seriously otherwise they will be out of
business. People want best services and products. If companies are able to
resolve the complains they win the trust of customers and built a relationship.
If companies ignore than the customers won’t return to them and they lose the
business.
